These markets are organized for members of the Tanzania Women Miners Association, ensuring miners, most of whom are women, are paid three to ten times more than through traditional channels, earning up to 95% of the export price.

The sapphires were then precision-cut by artisanal faceters in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where each gem is carefully tracked to maintain its integrity and story. Finally, the stones are set in radiant 18k Single Mine Origin gold, ensuring full traceability and ethical sourcing from mine to masterpiece.
