With Sphere, Emily strips jewelry back to its purest geometry. Inspired by a form found everywhere in nature—from pearls and seeds to planets and droplets—the collection explores the sphere through proportion, material, movement, and light.
Restrained yet expressive, each piece balances solid and open space, structure and weightlessness. Nothing is ornamental. Every curve, placement, and pause is intentional.
Design Philosophy
Rather than designing around gemstones, Emily designed around volume. Spheres are stacked, suspended, balanced, and repeated within open gold frameworks, creating rhythm and negative space. Slender pins allow them to pivot and move with the body, lending a sense of lightness to the collection’s sculptural forms. Graphic yet fluid. Minimal yet warm. Sphere finds expression through restraint.
Material Story
By holding the geometry constant, Sphere reveals the expressive power of color and texture. Each pairing gives the same essential shape an entirely different character. Naturally formed pearls meet brilliant diamonds in the collection’s most ethereal expression. Saturated blue-green chrysocolla and emerald pavé evoke lush landscapes and tropical waters. Blush pink opal meets deep black ebony in a grounded, elemental contrast of stone and wood.
