The Howlite & Black Onyx Rolling Ring from the Sphere Collection brings together two contrasting carved stones in a graphic study of color, material, and movement. Smooth black onyx forms one half of the sphere, while white howlite forms the other, its subtle natural veining creating an organic counterpoint to the deep, uninterrupted black. A polished yellow gold band divides the two stones, emphasizing the geometry of the sphere and the sharp contrast between light and dark. Designed to spin freely within its setting, the ball can be turned to reveal black onyx, white howlite, or a changing composition of both, making movement an integral part of the design. The result is a bold, tactile piece that explores balance through opposing color and material.
